Dr Harry Rutter, Expert on Population Health and Exercise, then talked about the health benefits of cycling and how we compare across the world.
Dr Rutter is at SEPHO – South East Public Health Observatory. In this 2003 article he has a chart relating mortality from heart disease, sedentary lifestyles and from traffic injury.
