  • Oxford Cycle Workshop
    • Hosting a lively and informative website, Oxford Cycle Workshop has two main purposes:
      - Recycling as many of Oxfordshire's abandoned bikes as possible.
      - Doing everything they can to promote cycling in Oxford and beyond - particularly making cycling safe, easy and fun.
  • List of Oxfordshire County Council meetings
  • Find out where most of the decisions about new road programmes are being made. Go along to some of the Transport Implementation Committee meetings and have your say.
  • List of Oxford City Council's Area Parliament Committee meetings
  • These meetings are held in every area of the city and are your opportunity to say what you want in your area. Cyclox has had some success in 2005 by both asking Area Committees to fund cycle projects with their own budgets, as well as to put pressure on the County Council to improve the cyclist's lot. A very effective way to get quick results - why not go along to the next one in your area and ask for help with your cycling bugbears.
