A family-friendly bike ride
As part of this year's Bike Week, we are organising Oxford's first 'Kidical Mass': a fun family-friendly bike ride for all ages and a celebration of children cycling.
Join one of three led feeder rides that will be cycling as a group into the city centre. Rides will be leaving from:
1) Cowley (Florence Park)/East Oxford (meet 1pm at Rymers Lane LTN planter) via St Mary's (meet 1.15pm at Leopold Street LTN planter): total ride distance = 7 miles
2) Barton (meet 12.45pm at North Way underpass - the middle underpass, accessed from Northway and Bayswater Road - What3Words: glow.clubs.wisom) via Headington (meet 1.15pm at John Radcliffe helipad off Osler Road): total ride distance = 10.5 miles (Barton), 8 miles (Headington)
3) North Oxford (meet 1.15pm St. Philip and James School): total ride distance = 5.5 miles
All rides will join up in Radcliffe Square at approx. 2pm for a short tour of the city centre, before ending in Oxpens Meadow.
Afterwards, Broken Spoke Bike Co-op have invited Kidical Mass riders to join their 10th anniversary party in nearby Osney Lane. If you would like to join us at the celebration, please register here.
