End Road Deaths: Learning from Helsinki

Help Develop Oxford's strategy for Vision Zero

Guest speaker: Oskari Kaupinmäki (Helsinki's Cycling Co-ordinator)

Road deaths are not inevitable. Hear how Helsinki has done it so we can too.

Helsinki leads the world in urban road safety. It has had zero road deaths in recent years. In contrast we’ve had five tragic road deaths in Oxford over two years in a much smaller city.

Join us to hear from Oskari Kaupinmäki (Helsinki’s Cycling Coordinator) and other leading road safety campaigners.

Be inspired and stay to help develop our plans for ensuring Oxfordshire’s roads are as safe as Helsinki's.

Free entry but registration needed. Food available on site.
