Phase 1 of the Framework looks at the city centre and north Oxford and has the following broad aims:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Raising the quality of public realm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting a shift to active travel and public transport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improving access to green and blue spaces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Making the most of development and regeneration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cyclox welcomes the outline proposals and is excited by the broad direction of travel.
