February 21st, Why We Cycle: film screening Brookes University Headington

March 19th, Duncan Dollimore, Head of Campaigns, Cycling UK:  How can cycle campaigns actually make a difference?  Saint Michael at the Northgate.

April 16th, Patrick Lingwood, Oxfordshire County Council:  Cycle infrastructure and Oxford’s Healthy Travel Plan.  Saint Michael at the Northgate.

May 21st, Richard Kuziara, Public Health Specialist, Oxfordshire County Council:  Measuring travel modes – using technology to great effect.  Saint Michael at the Northgate.

June 8-16th, Oxford Bike week:  another brilliant week of free cycling events in Oxford – full information on the bike week website!  Includes Cyclox stall at Big Green Day Out in Broad Street, Saturday 8th June from 10.00am, and the famous Traffic Light-Free ride, Tuesday 10th June at 6.00pm, also starting in Broad Street.

July 16th: Louise Upton, Oxford City bike champion – Bike sharing in Oxford, whatever next?!  7.30pm, St Michael at the Northgate; free, all welcome!

September 7th, Like Riding A Bike conference– organised by Cyclox & Oxford Brookes University, about getting people who used to cycle, or have never cycled, onto bikes. Sir Muir Gray keynote speaker, Hugh Ward will be talking about the role virtual reality cycling will play, plus lots of great workshops. Small charge to cover refreshments only, more info to follow soon!

October 15th, Clyde Loakes, Implementing Livability – organised by Oxfordshire Liveable Streets, at Oxford Town Hall

November 19th:  Peter Hitchens keynote speaker, and Annual General Meeting.   7.00pm, St Michael at the Northgate; free, members for AGM, all welcome for speaker!
