Monthly talks, magic and mechanics
Our events include family cycle rides, free cycle repairs at summer festivals across the city, and talks by visiting speakers.
Everyone is welcome to come along. You can also watch recordings of previous events via our YouTube channel.

Coming up in 2025
Dr Bike
Our final Dr Bike free bike repair stall at this summer’s Oxford festivals will be:
16 August | Rosehill Festival | 11–15:00
Kidical Mass
Sunday 21 September | Oxford city centre
Our next Kidical Mass ride is on the afternoon of Sunday 21 September. We are thrilled that Cyclox member Chris Baker will be organising the event. It will as usual have feeder rides from the outskirts of the city.
Make a note in your diary now to come and join the ride, with or without children.
September gathering
Saturday 27 September | 13:30–16:00 | Upper Pavilion, Cutteslowe Park
We’d like your input and ideas as we plan our coming year’s activity. What do you think Cyclox should be doing? What would you give your support to? We’d love as many members as possible to join us on this Saturday afternoon.
Save the date and look out for more information here and in the newsletter.
Kidical Mass Oxford
Kidical Mass is a worldwide movement enabling children to cycle safely in groups on the streets of their towns and cities.
Oxford’s first Kidical Mass ride took place in the summer of 2022 with 100 participants.
Cyclox volunteers plan the routes and keep children safe. It’s a fun activity with a serious message about children’s independence, safe streets and active travel.
Get in touch via kidicalmass@cyclox.org if you’d like to join in.
