Treasurer

We are looking for a new treasurer.

Our treasurer is responsible for the financial oversight of the charity and preparing the annual accounts. Much day-to-day work, such as payroll and dealing with invoices, is done by our staff or contracted out. One of our staff members also takes the lead on fundraising.

The treasurer’s role is a voluntary one but reasonable expenses are covered. You will also have the opportunity to shape the future of a vibrant, growing charity.

You do not need to be an accountant but must have a reasonable grasp of figures. You would normally also become a trustee and attend around 10 board meetings a year, either in person or online. Ideally, you will be based in or close to Oxford and committed to our aims of getting more people to cycle in Oxford, more often and more safely.
